Our family dental practice is in search of an Experienced Full Time or Part Time Dental Receptionist to join our team!
Are you looking to work with dentists and team members that value exceptional work, team commitment and unsurpassed customer service? Look no further! We are an established, very busy, general practice that seeks an experienced, professional front desk receptionist who brings integrity, self motivation, reliability and attention to detail to their work. We would like to speak with you if you love what you do and bring a smile to each day!
This position involves all dental receptionist tasks such as:
- Greeting our wonderful patients
- Updating and verifying insurance
- Answering the phone and scheduling appointments as well as other front office duties as needed.
- Making each patient experience memorable is our goal.

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Robert DeFrancesco, DMD
Dr. DeFrancesco received his D.M.D. (Doctor of Dental Medicine) Degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry. Upon graduating, he chose to remain in Massachusetts and joined Dr. Failla in private practice.
He is a former member of the Board of Registration in Dentistry in the State of Massachusetts. He is also a member of the Northeast Regional Board of Dental Examiners.
His goal is to provide his patients with state-of-the-art care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Kristina Hatzipetrou, DMD
Dr. Kristina Hatzipetrou received her bachelor’s degree from Boston University. She then went on to receive her dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she was actively involved in dental research and was the recipient of the American Association of Oral Biologist Award. She decided to further her training through completing a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry through Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Hatzipetrou is honored to become part of such a phenomenal dental team at Failla and Defrancesco Family Dental. She prides herself on treating all patients with respect and compassion and offering them care in a personalized manner. She is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society.
When not practicing Dr.Hatzipetrou enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her husband and new son.
